Tarcoll Building and Construction have been operating in the Manning Valley area since January 2002.

Tarcoll is a partnership with Colin & Tara Scott.  Colin oversees all building and construction while Tara is based in the Taree Office.

Tarcoll Building and Construction currently have the skills and knowledge of original carpentry methods and are currently the only building company in the Manning Valley area who pitch roofs by hand.   We have a number of well trained staff and utilise quality contractors who are hand picked for their high level of professionalism and quality.

Background

Colin completed his carpentry apprenticeship working with his Uncle’s carpentry business in Sydney for 4 years where he worked on house construction & renovations on the North Shore.  Shortly after finishing his apprenticeship Colin joined The Construction Connection progressing  from carpenter to site foreman to project manager in just 6 short years and managed numerous large scale projects, residential, architectually designed and commercial constructions with most being over 1 million dollars.

Colin worked closely with acclaimed architect Alex Popov who trained under Jorn Utzon, the original designer of  the Sydney Opera House. Colin was given the pleasure to manage & build the architects own home, which was a very satisfying job indeed, Alex Popov published an architectural book which featured many of Colin's building and construction projects.
